Licensing Types and Fees

(After Licensing Application has been approved)

Monthly Fee: Choose One for the rights to produce, market and sell Slidzkys, and the use of our new patent pending product and our Slidzky trademark.

Start-Up

  • $50Month

    • Manufacturer produces Twenty-Five (25) units or less per calendar month.
    • Manufacturer must purchase a Logo Sticker Packet for each unit manufactured.
    • Manufacturer must apply our Logo Stickers on every unit manufactured.

Bronze

  • $200Month

    • Manufacturer produces One Hundred (100) units or less per calendar month.
    • Manufacturer must purchase a Logo Sticker Packet for each unit manufactured.
    • Manufacturer must apply our Logo Stickers on every unit manufactured.

Silver

  • $400Month

    • Manufacturer produces Two Hundred (200) units or less per calendar month.
    • Manufacturer must purchase a Logo Sticker Packet for each unit manufactured.
    • Manufacturer must apply our Logo Stickers on every unit manufactured.

Gold

  • $1,000Month

    • Manufacturer produces an unlimited number of units per calendar month.
    • Manufacturer must purchase a Logo Sticker Packet for each unit manufactured.
    • Manufacturer must apply our Logo Stickers on every unit manufactured.

Manufacturer Agrees:

Production Requirements

  • Make all Slidzkys according to our Production Manual.
  • Add Six (6) colored bean bags with every Slidzky Sold.
  • Manufacturer is liable for all returned and damaged Slidzkys they produce.
  • Manufacturer is responsible for producing and shipping all orders within a timely matter, ideally 3-6 weeks.
  • If manufacturer is unable to keep up with orders, Slidzky, LLC has the right, and obligation to the buyers, to help fill those orders.
  • Manufacturer agrees to void this agreement if Manufacturer does not manufacture more than twenty (20) units within a six-month period.
  • Manufacturer will add a copy of the direction sheet that will be provided with all Slidzky games. The direction sheet will be provided by Slidzky LLC.

Slidzky Logo Sticker Packet:

  • Manufacturer will purchase all Slidzky Logo Stickers from Slidzky LLC.
    Manufacturer must place two stickers on every game manufactured. The location of the Slidzky Logo Sticker placement is found in our Slidzky Production Manual, which will be provided by the Slidzky LLC.
  • Original Slidzky Logo Sticker – $4.00 for two (2) stickers that are needed to manufacture one unit. Original Slidzkys are unpainted, or consist of standard colors, and designs. Original Slidzkys cannot be decorated with any business or team logos. The Original Logo Sticker colors are red, black and white.
  • Custom Slidzky Logo Stickers – $6.00 for two (2) stickers that are needed to manufacture one unit. Custom Logo Stickers will be applied to all Slidzkys not described above, as an Original Slidzky.
  • If Manufacturer is interested in producing custom Slidzkys, then the Manufacturer is responsible for obtaining the rights from the appropriate entity, at the owner’s cost. For example: IMG Licensing Company owns the rights to all university team logos and colors. Manufacturer must provide appropriate documents to Owner before Manufacturer can purchase Custom Slidzky Stickers. Custom Sticker Colors can be purchased in any color.

Use of Trademarks:

Manufacturer is granted the right to use the official marks and logo of Slidzky LLC. The Manufacturer agrees to add our Slidzky Logo, which will be purchased from Slidzky LLC, to every Slidzky manufactured.

Patent and Trademark. Slidzky is a new Patent Pending product and Slidzky logo is a Trademark. Slidzky LLC owns the all rights and it’s illegal to produce, distribute or sell Slidzkys without the written permission of Slidzky LLC.
